Helper

Lamb Group Electric is looking for dependable helpers who want to get into the electrical trade and learn on active commercial jobsites. Helpers support electricians with material handling, jobsite setup, cleanup, loading and unloading, pulling wire, basic installation support, and daily field tasks. This is a strong starting point for someone who shows up on time, works hard, follows direction, and wants to grow into an apprentice role.

Apprentice I

Apprentice I electricians assist with commercial electrical installations while learning safe jobsite practices, tools, materials, and basic installation methods. Work may include helping with conduit, wire pulling, lighting, devices, supports, material staging, cleanup, and general jobsite support under the direction of experienced electricians. This role is intended for someone who is serious about learning the trade and becoming more useful in the field every day.

Apprentice II

Apprentice II electricians are expected to contribute more actively on commercial jobsites while continuing to learn from lead electricians and journeymen. This position is for someone who can work safely, read drawings, solve problems, and represent the company well in the field.
