Lamb Group Electric is looking for dependable helpers who want to get into the electrical trade and learn on active commercial jobsites. Helpers support electricians with material handling, jobsite setup, cleanup, loading and unloading, pulling wire, basic installation support, and daily field tasks. This is a strong starting point for someone who shows up on time, works hard, follows direction, and wants to grow into an apprentice role.
ApplyApprentice I electricians assist with commercial electrical installations while learning safe jobsite practices, tools, materials, and basic installation methods. Work may include helping with conduit, wire pulling, lighting, devices, supports, material staging, cleanup, and general jobsite support under the direction of experienced electricians. This role is intended for someone who is serious about learning the trade and becoming more useful in the field every day.
ApplyApprentice II electricians are expected to contribute more actively on commercial jobsites while continuing to learn from lead electricians and journeymen. Work may include conduit installation support, wire pulls, branch circuits, lighting, devices, panels, material layout, and safe completion of assigned tasks. This position is a good fit for someone with some field experience who can follow direction, work safely, and handle more responsibility.
ApplyApprentice III electricians support commercial electrical projects with stronger field knowledge and more confidence completing assigned work. Responsibilities may include conduit bending, wire pulls, terminations, lighting, devices, panels, equipment power, troubleshooting support, and coordination with foremen and journeymen. This role is for someone who can work productively, communicate clearly, and keep developing toward journeyman-level responsibility.
ApplyApprentice IV electricians should be able to perform a wide range of commercial electrical tasks with limited supervision while continuing to work under licensed oversight. Work may include layout assistance, conduit, feeders, branch circuits, panels, lighting systems, equipment power, service support, troubleshooting, and helping newer apprentices in the field. This role is a strong fit for someone nearing licensing or already performing at a high field level.

Work may include tenant fit-outs, ground-up construction, service calls, troubleshooting, panels, lighting, generators, equipment power, site electrical, underground conduit, temporary power, and coordination with customers, foremen, and crews. This position is for someone who can work safely, read drawings, solve problems, and represent the company well in the field.
